Terms and conditions:

1. Login Fee 300 will be charged from business only who offers cashback to the customers & it will be transferred into your customer’s wallet at same time as welcome bonus.
2. Login fee includes GST. Login Credentials will be provided within 3 days from the time of details provided.
3. No Refund Policy if a customer register for cashback
4. Cashback amount may vary from 5000/- to 100000/-, Not fixed
5. First half withdrawal amount (3500-700 company Charges=2800/2=1400/-) will be delivered to the business who pay login fee for cash back.
6. Second half withdrawal will be delivered to the area agent (1200/-) & mini state incharge (300/-).
7. All withdrawals will be subject to deduct 20% as company charges.
8. TDS will be deducted if Applicable.
9. Minimum Withdrawal amount is 3500/-
10. Withdrawal will be completed through cheques only on consumer’s home address.
11. Cashback will be provided only our customers, our venders or vender’s customers.
12. No direct entry in cashback scheme.
13. We appoint one vender in a category in one area only.
14. For be our vender an annual advertisement subscription is essential.
15. Free Business code will be provided to our venders for cash back.
16. If we have allotted free business code than we are not bounded to provide free business code for cashback on annual subscription.
17. If any business will be failed to provide minimum 700 cashback logins than company has the right to appoint another category vender in their area.
18. If any area agent or mini state head will be failed to provide minimum business according to company standards than company will be free to appoint new candidate for business in that area.
19. If company appoint new area agents in an area than the benefits of older candidates will remain continue.

   20. As life time income model of all candidates 100/- for businesses, 50/- for area agents, 10/- for mini state head & 2/- for State heads will be given on each withdrawals
